The thesis presents the project of connecting the Orle settlement to Ljubljana’s water supply system. Firstly, the terrain of the planned water supply system was researched and, secondly, the measurement network of the area was established, which was measured and also adjusted. The calculations and the accuracy of measurement were described, which are very promising, since the water supply system runs on woodland area. Based on the coordinates of the measurement network, the setting out of the installation was conducted according to the project plan, followed by the measurement of the water pipeline before its backfilling. The position and the height of the water pipeline was measured. The measurements included the position of the main pipeline and its connections. Finally, the feasibility study of the whole project was prepared, which had to contain all the relevant documents in order to enable the Orle settlement’s connection to Ljubljana’s city water supply system.
