Analiza virov financiranja komunalne infrastrukture v MO Velenje : diplomska naloga

V diplomski nalogi so analizirani viri za izgradnjo in obnovo komunalne infrastrukture v MO Velenje. Podrobneje je opisano sedanje stanje komunalne infrastrukture ter trenutni izvajalci gospodarskih javnih služb (obveznih in izbirnih). Predstavljena je problematika iz naslova »razvojni problemi«. Iz kvalitativnega vidika je predstavljena temeljna zakonodaja in njihovo vlaganje v MOV v skladu s slednjo. Podana je struktura vlaganj po dejavnostih. Iz kvantitativnega vidika so analizirane značilnosti investicijskih vlaganj v obdobju od leta 2010 do leta 2014, tako po virih pridobljenih sredstev kot tudi struktura investiranj po dejavnostih. Podane so ugotovitve značilnosti vlaganj v komunalno infrastrukturo in problem nadaljnjega razvoja v občini. MO Velenje je urbano območje, z nekaterimi ruralnimi zaselki.

Izvleček

In this graduation thesis are analysed sources of financing communal infrastructure in municipality of Velenje. Condition of communal infrastructure and contractors of implementation of municipal utility services (compulsory and selective) are detailed. Urgent issues of »progress problem« are represented. From qualitative side there is presented fundamental of law and investing in communal infrastructure in conformity with the law. In thesis is also introduced structure of investing by every activity. From quantitative side, I analyzed characteristic of investments from year 2010 until year 2014, on structure of obtained assets, so as structure of investment by activities. I presented findings about characteristic of investing into communal infrastructure and problem of future development in municipality. Municipality Velenje is urban area, with several rural hamlets.
