In this thesis, we examined the characteristics of logistics in the young and developing company SWY, which operates in the field of online sales of sportswear. The aim of the research was to analyze key logistics processes – internal logistics, procurement, warehousing, distribution, and after-sales logistics – and to determine how SWY adapts to market conditions and challenges within the supply chain. Logistics includes the planning, organization and implementation of all logistics processes, information flows and services. These processes are often accompanied by complications; so we explored the market, the flow of goods, and existing risks, and looked for strategies that could contribute to the further development of the company's logistics capabilities. Based on the analysis of logistics processes, we formulated improvement proposals that can increase the efficiency and stability of business operations and increase customer satisfaction.
