The systematic collection of users´ feedback is an important component in the processes of support and help. It contributes to faster progress towards desired outcomes and better co-creation of the working relationships. The theoretical introduction presents key aspects of postmodernism that have influenced new perspectives on the process of support and help. This is followed by an overview of reflective practice. The next section discusses feedback-informed practice in the processes of support and help, highlighting its benefits, challenges, and selected practical tools for implementation. The concluding part briefly introduces the role of social work centres (SWC) in Slovenia. The thesis examines the significance and application of users´ feedback collection from the perspective of social workers, employed in areas of social work centres that provide ongoing support and help. Based on data obtained through semi-structured interviews, the study presents how social workers understand the concept of feedback-informed practice, how they collect user´s feedback within support processes, the advantages and challenges they perceive, and their views on the contribution of user feedback to the development of support and help. The results show that most of the interviewed social workers are not familiar with the term »feedback-informed practice«. In practice, the collection of users´ feedback takes place primarily in an unsystematic manner, through conversation and observation of non-verbal commnunication. The participating social workers, recognised numerous advantages to collecting users´ feedback, including improved planning of support, better tailoring of processes to users´ needs, enhanced working relationships, development of partnerships with users, and professional growth. The main obstacles of the systematic feedback collection are a lack of time and excessive workload.
