In today's world, the overhaul of work processes in a particular organization is a very important factor for the organization itself. As the market is constantly changing and evolving, the existence of an organization requires a step in the right direction - the refurbishment of business processes. If the overhaul of a particular business process is successful, we can say with certainty that the organization will operate in a much easier way, will generate less cost and generate more profit. When the process is successfully completed, the time required for the organization to create or provide a service will certainly be reduced. With a shorter time, however, we will satisfy customers and business owners. In the course of researching and preparation of the thesis, the Micrografx iGrafX Process 2013 program will certainly be a very important factor in the future, since the program will also graphically present the result or the change made between the two processes (AsIs and ToBe). In doing so, we will use the method of analysing an existing process. For the theoretical part of the thesis, we will use two methods, namely the descriptive method and the comparative method. The purpose of the thesis is to shorten the work process in the selected organization and reduce costs, as this would satisfy customers, owners and employees.
