The purpose of the diploma thesis is to assess the quality, level of use and satisfaction with the existing information system (IS) and its functions. By doing so, our goal is to identify the main weaknesses of the IS in order to ease or eliminate them later. A more detailed analysis of the log files of the evaluated system was made, through which the process of work was identified. From the diary, we gained insight into the way the organization operates and recognized the bottlenecks in the work process. The individual functionalities of the information solution, which we found to significantly affect the speed of the entire work process, were further evaluated in detail in terms of the three dimensions of quality that influence the success of the IS. We used the DeLone and McLean IS model for assessing the success, which defines the three key dimensions of the IS mentioned above and confirmed the importance of the three with the obtained results. As a result of system measurements with this model, critical points of the IS were detected, which hampered the achievement of better results in the process itself, and the reasons for their formation were evaluated.
