The concept of employee satisfaction is among the most discussed areas of modern psychology of work and to achieve this within an organization presents a major challenge for the selected organization as well as all companies.
Employee satisfaction is being achieved and assessed based on several factors, and these are theoretical basis for the research in this diploma thesis. With analysis of these factors, the management or the company managers can determine the status of satisfaction and, with results, look for solutions to improve it. I have measured employee satisfaction by satisfaction factors and based on these I have determined the satisfaction of the employees in chosen organization. I used the results I obtained on the basis of the research to provide suggestions for improving management in a chosen organization, which can also help any other organization.
Motivated and satisfied employees will use the acquired knowledge properly and work as good as possible. Because only satisfied employees will work with pleasure and consequently their performance at work will be better.
