This study analyses the running and the business results of the company BTC d.d., in the years of 2014 and 2015. The analysis of this company was executed with the purpose of discovering the positive and negative effects in the running of the company, and from this to gather the information needed, that would allow the company's leadership to more effectively take decisions, which improve the company's successfulness. The foundation for taking correct decisions, is knowing the advantages and weaknesses of the company's business, the organization of processes within the business, and the knowledge of market conditions and the competition. The goals set for itself by the company, whether short- or long-term, should only be formed on the basis of a qualitative business analysis.
The results of a comprehensive analysis of the company's running of its business and the results following from that, shows the company's leadership is aware of the importance of taking the correct decisions. The executive personnel is able to recognize the advantages and weaknesses of the company's operation, is adaptive to the changing market conditions, and is successfully engaging its competition. The economic indicators of the company's operation and business results show, that BTC d.d has well-formed long-term goals, which they have been successfully achieving so far.
