Theme, addresed in the thesis, is the project of opening a bistro with slowly roasted meat in the very centre of Kranj, where there is no such establishment. It covers the entire project management process. Activities, necessary to achieve our goal, are presented in the order in which they have to be performed, including the sources executing the tasks. There is a deadline to each activity that is strictly planned in order fo the next one to begin and the project could be executed in time. The thesis also analyses the costs and possible risks and preventive measures together with solutions. Through the project we reach the conclusion that it could be finished inside the wished window. The project will take 31 work days and cost 65800€.
