The thesis describes a design of pressure vessels according to standard EN 13445. The first part presents a theoretical basis of pressure vessels, namely: laws, regulations and other standards in this field, the materials suitable for the pressure vessels and the theory of calculation methods. Hereafter the entire strength calculations of the actual pressure vessel is implemented. A numerical analysis of the most stressed parts of the pressure vessel, was also preformed with the program Solidworks Simulation to compare the results obtained with the analytical results. The model of the pressure vessel was made with the program Solidworks 2016 and then exported to AutoCAD in which technical documentation was finished, which is in the attachement.
