Wood company, producing high quality furniture, wants to preserve its tradition and be competitive in the market of great pretension all over the world. The company does not want to be mentioned at all in this thesis, so we can just mention some of its general goals and data. In their production process, the individual production of their own programmes prevails; there is not much serial production. In the production process, proper and efficient management of time has a great impact on good and competitive business. The management time is nowadays a very important element of success in the market. Time is money, so if they can save time and make good time management; they can reduce costs and be more successful. We tried to find out the way for the company to manage their production time, the deviations from actually needed time to the planned one, and to suggest some good solutions to improve time managing.
