The subject of this diploma paper represents an example of the way in wich one has to create and maintain the cadastre of public infrastruction. Analyses of the transition from the old, no longer valid low of (cadastre of communal infrastructure) KKN to the low of (cadastre of public infrastructure) KGJI is another part of this work. Included is a representation of creation of KGJI according to new legislation and new set-up system. It's functioning of the new regulations is set by the (law of maintaining of place) ZUREP. The example presented hereby is built on the case of the new water supply system construction in the region Študa Jug – Domžale.
