The aim of this master's thesis was to analyse the suitability of unmanned aerial vehicles for the acquisition of data required for the registration of buildings in the real estate cadastre. We examined whether UAV photogrammetry can provide all the data on a building that are needed for its registration in the real estate cadastre, and whether the data obtained in this way meet the accuracy requirements for the determination of building points laid down in the Rules on the keeping of real estate cadastre data. The selected building was photographed using three different UAV flight plans, from which four photogrammetric blocks with different geometry were assembled and then compared with one another. To evaluate the results of the photogrammetric determination of the building points required for registration, we used measurements from a classical geodetic survey. For this purpose we established a geodetic network and measured coordinates of the building points required for its registration in the real estate cadastre. In addition to the accuracy of the determination of the coordinates of the building points, we also compared the time spent on the classical approach with that of UAV photogrammetric survey and processing. Within the scope of the thesis we also produced a cadastral report for the registration of the building in the real estate cadastre, and additionally drew up recommendations for the content of such a report.
