In the first part of my thesis, I focus on 2D drawn animation, its development over time, and the diverse possibilities this technique offers in the modern audiovisual field, particularly in the context of new experimental formats such as podcasts.
In the second part, through the analysis of chosen examples, I explore the topic of current trends and their influence on individuals. In addition to examples of animated film, I also analyze works from the wider field of audiovisual art, which served as references and inspiration for the development of this thesis project.
In the third part of the thesis, I present the creation of my own project, the short animated episode Drawn to Life. I describe the development of the original idea and the themes the project addresses, as well as the progress of the creative process—from the early stages of pre-production, production, and animation making, to the final stages of post-production.
