Diplomsko delo obravnava kakovost notranjega okolja v prostoru starejše, toplotno neizolirane enodružinske stanovanjske stavbe. Namen raziskave je bil oceniti bivalne razmere v izbranem prostoru ter ugotoviti vpliv značilnosti stavbnega ovoja, meteoroloških razmer in prezračevalnih navad na izbrane parametre kakovosti notranjega okolja. Raziskava temelji na kontinuiranih meritvah temperature zraka, relativne vlažnosti zraka, koncentracije ogljikovega dioksida in površinskih temperatur v ogrevalni ter neogrevalni sezoni. Analiza je bila dopolnjena z meteorološkimi podatki najbližje merilne postaje Agencije RS za okolje (ARSO) in termovizijskim pregledom ovoja stavbe. Izmerjene vrednosti so bile primerjane z veljavnimi zakonskimi zahtevami in priporočili za kakovost notranjega okolja. Analiza notranje temperature zraka v spalnici je pokazala, da je bil delež meritev znotraj priporočenega območja (Pravilnik o prezračevanju in klimatizaciji stavb, 2002) večji v ogrevalni sezoni (44,8 %) kot v neogrevalni sezoni (15,4 %). Relativna vlažnost zraka je bila večino časa znotraj priporočenega območja, občasna odstopanja so bila povezana z načinom uporabe prostora in meteorološkimi razmerami. Delež časa, ko je bila relativna vlažnost znotraj priporočenega območja, je bil bistveno večji v neogrevalni sezoni (78,9 %) kot v ogrevalni sezoni (29,5 %). Med zasedenostjo prostora so bile koncentracije ogljikovega dioksida pogosto višje od priporočene vrednosti 1000 ppm, kar nakazuje, da obstoječe prezračevalne navade ne zagotavljajo zadostne izmenjave zraka. Termovizijski pregled je razkril pomanjkljivosti na območjih stavbnega pohištva in konstrukcijskih stikov, kjer so bile zaznane najnižje površinske temperature. Na podlagi rezultatov so bili oblikovani predlogi ukrepov za izboljšanje kakovosti notranjega okolja, ki vključujejo optimizacijo prezračevanja, izboljšanje toplotne zaščite ovoja stavbe ter uporabo naprednih materialov, kot so materiali s fazno spremembo (PCM).

Naslov:Evaluation of indoor environmental quality in a thermally uninsulated residential building

This bachelor's thesis examines the indoor environmental quality in a room of an older, thermally uninsulated single-family residential building. The aim of the study was to assess the indoor environmental conditions in the selected room and to investigate the influence of the building envelope characteristics, meteorological conditions, and ventilation habits on selected indoor environmental quality parameters. The study is based on continuous measurements of indoor air temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, and surface temperatures during both the heating and non-heating seasons. The analysis was supplemented with meteorological data from the nearest Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO) weather station and a thermographic survey of the building envelope. The measured values were compared with the applicable regulatory requirements and recommendations for indoor environmental quality. The analysis of indoor air temperature in the bedroom showed that the proportion of measurements within the recommended temperature range (Rules on Ventilation and Air Conditioning of Buildings, 2002) was higher during the heating season (44,8 %) than during the non-heating season (15,4 %). Relative humidity remained within the recommended range for most of the monitoring period, while occasional deviations were associated with occupant behaviour and meteorological conditions. The proportion of time during which relative air humidity was within the recommended range was significantly higher during the non-heating season (78,9 %) than during the heating season (29,5 %). During occupancy, carbon dioxide concentrations frequently exceeded the recommended limit of 1000 ppm, indicating that the existing ventilation habits did not provide sufficient air exchange. The thermographic survey revealed deficiencies around windows, doors, and structural junctions, where the lowest surface temperatures were detected. Based on the results, recommendations were developed to improve indoor environmental quality, including optimization of ventilation practices, enhancement of the thermal performance of the building envelope, and the use of advanced materials such as phase change materials (PCM).
