Electric vehicles have become an important topic in today’s world, as technology continues to advance rapidly. Entire world is now shifting toward clean and green energy, which is also a result of accelerating technological progress. Electric vehicles are presented to costumers as a more environmentally friendly alternative and as an indication of what the future of road transportation may look like. However, consumers have not yet fully embraced this concept, as a factor such as purchase price, battery or battery pack lifetime, and the availability of charging infrastructure must be taken in to the consideration.
Much information suggests that electric vehicles will eventually dominate the roads. Despite their significant progress, vehicles with internal combustion engines remain highly competitive. Their competitiveness is reflected not only in numbers of vehicles currently in use but also in terms of comfort, availability, servicing costs and overall practicality.
