The digitalisation of higher education services in Slovenia resulted in several specialized e-systems that students use daily for enrolment, course management, access to learning materials and career support. This thesis focuses on the student perspective of user experience (UX) across the key platforms used in academic life (notably eVŠ, STUDIS, POPR and Moodle).
The aim is to assess perceived usability, ease of use, reliability and overall satisfaction among students and to identify common problems and improvement opportunities. The empirical approach combines a web-based survey among students with qualitative analysis of open responses, complemented by a heuristic evaluation of selected user interfaces.
The main contribution is a focused evaluation of UX for student-focused e-services, identification of critical pain points in student workflows, and concrete, actionable recommendations to improve interoperability, guidance, and overall usability for the student population.
