This diploma thesis presents the development of a web application designed to support user experience (UX) research processes in the mobile gaming industry. The main objective of the project was to optimise participant panel management and the organisation of testing processes, addressing data fragmentation and the lack of specialised tools. The preparation process included an initial analysis of existing market tools and the collection of user requirements, which formed the basis for the solution. Based on this analysis, a technology stack comprising the Vue.js framework, the Quasar library, and the Supabase platform for backend services was selected. During implementation, key functionalities were developed for mass data import, participant filtering, and secure SMS notifications using Edge Functions. The entire development process concluded with application testing in a company environment, where the efficiency, simplicity, and usability of the solution were verified through structured questionnaires. The results confirmed the achievement of the set goals and an improvement in the research team's workflow, while the final product provides a solid foundation for further development of processes within the company.
