The master's thesis initially presents the background of the problem and its objectives. Furthermore, the theoretical foundations present various methods and tools for solving problems, as well as 7 quality control tools that are the basis for the successful analysis of the problems. The research methodology includes process analysis, testing protocol, and key
steps of the 8D methodology. The course of the problem solving is presented, which included process analysis using simulations, measurements of the compliant and non-compliant samples, testing of different process parameter configurations, and analysis of material properties of the samples. Thesis describes how the main causes were determined and appropriate corrective measures were implemented. Moreover, the findings and corrective measures that were used to resolve the issue are presented. The final part of the thesis shows a comparison between process before and after the implementation of corrective measures and includes suggestions for further work.
