In this thesis, I present a series of prints that emerged as a response to a graphic work created during my studies. The thesis aims to theoretically analysis the process of making the works and to describe the procedures necessary for the development of the entire print series. I will conduct a formal analysis of the series and describe the stages of its formation, focusing on how the concept evolved, and, alongside this, attempt to articulate the stream of thoughts that accompanied me throughout the creative process.
In addition to the visual analysis of the final works, I will also highlight selected artists associated with Surrealism and examine the relationship between my series and their artistic output.
