The main goal is to review articles in the field of research on the presence of AI for monitoring and supporting employees, which will be carried out in the empirical part of the thesis using the method of bibliometric analysis. The purpose of the analysis will be to determine how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used and whether these new technologies are being researched in the academic field along different branches of science (technology, management, health). The study explores how AI addresses demographic changes, such as aging populations, and labor market shifts, including workforce adaptation and productivity challenges. Through bibliometric analysis, this thesis will map the academic landscape on the topic by identifying key authors, institutions, journals, and thematic trends. This will be supplemented with real-world case studies to illustrate practical challenges. The goal is to highlight the urgent need for AI implementation in different work environments.
