In the maintenance of production processes occur long response times, loss of data, and limited traceability due to manual procedures and unconnected systems. The diploma thesis discusses the development and implementation of an efficient digital module for maintenance management, which enables recording, tracking, and handling of maintenance requests and tasks, automation of preventive maintenance, and analytics of key performance indicators.
The work presents all phases of development, from the analysis of existing maintenance processes to the design and optimization of the database and the connection with the user interface. Special emphasis is given to the planning and implementation of the data model in Microsoft SQL Server, which enables structured reporting of problems in production. With this, we ensured robust and storage and consistent processing of data as well as efficient execution of queries. The goal of the solution is the reduction of errors in manual data processing, improved traceability, and better insight into analytics and maintenance efficiency.
The results of the module implementation in practice show shorter response times, improved transparency of maintenance processes, reduction of errors in data, and support to process optimization, which contributes to lower costs and higher efficiency of production.
