The thesis presents the development of the Cvičkomat system, designed for automated and remotely controlled wine dispensing at a vineyard cottage. The system is based on the ESP32 microcontroller, LoRa wireless communication, and a set of sensors and actuators that enable wine temperature measurement, monitoring of environmental conditions, and control of a peristaltic pump.
Communication between the transmitting unit (M1 – T-Beam V1.2) and the receiving unit (M2 – LoRa32 V2.1_1.6) was carried out at the 868 MHz frequency, ensuring stable data transmission even across a distance of 4.3 km between the vineyard cottage at Trška Gora and Cegelnica.
The result is a functional prototype that combines electronic and mechanical implementation and allows further upgrades, such as a web interface, payment system integration, and wine cooling functionality.
