Magnetni hidravlični filter

Hidravlični sistemi za delovanje potrebujejo kapljevino, ki pa mora biti čista in brez kontaminacij. V ta namen smo razvili magnetni filter kot dodatek za filtriranje magnetnih delcev iz kapljevine hidravličnega sistema. Filter je sestavljen iz ohišja, ki ima v notranjosti neodim magnetno palico za filtracijo. Magnetni filter smo testirali na hidravličnem sistemu. Ta po standardu SIST ISO 4406 izboljša čistočo olja v sistemu iz 25/24/23 na 20/20/18. Testirali smo tudi vpliv postavitve dovoda in odvoda na filtracijo in ugotovili, da končnega rezultata ne spremeni.

Izvleček

Hydraulic systems require a fluid to operate, which must be clean and free of contamination. For this purpose, we developed a magnetic filter as an additional component for filtering magnetic particles from the hydraulic system fluid. The filter consists of a housing with a neodymium magnetic rod inside for filtration. We tested the magnetic filter on a hydraulic system, and according to the SIST ISO 4406 standard, it improved the oil cleanliness in the system from 25/24/23 to 20/20/18. We also tested the effect of inlet and outlet positioning on filtration and found that it does not affect the final result.
