In my thesis, I evaluate real estate using linear regression. The analysis is based on data from the Slovenian real estate market. The purpose of the study is to better understand how different factors affect the price of residences and to determine how regression analysis can be used to objectively estimate the market value of real estate. After a theoretical presentation of the basic concepts and valuation methods, a regression model was developed that provides insight into the influence of individual variables on real estate prices.
