This thesis addresses the issue of automating repetitive business processes
within an organization, where manual procedures are often time-consuming
and prone to errors. As a solution, we used the Microsoft Automate platform
to design, develop, and test several automated flows.These flows include the
creation of new instances, sending email notifications, automatically filling
out reports in docx format, archiving documents, and performing other sup-
porting tasks. The outcome of the thesis is a practical optimization of busi-
ness processes at the company Špica International d.o.o. By implementing
multiple automated flows, we achieved long-term time savings, reduced the
likelihood of errors, and improved the efficiency of selected processes. The
developed solutions were successfully integrated into the company’s workflow
and represent a significant contribution to its ongoing digitalization.
