The thesis presents the development of a mobile application designed for planning workouts and basic nutrition tracking. The application combines functionalities that are usually offered separately and provides users with comprehensive support for maintaining an active lifestyle. It enables users to create and edit workout programs, log completed training sessions, and monitor weekly training volume as well as progress in individual exercises. A nutrition module is included for manual meal entry and weekly average overviews, while program sharing and rating features support community engagement. The application also integrates advanced functionalities such as progression suggestions and exercise filtering based on available equipment. It was developed using the Flutter framework for the Android operating system and connected to the Firebase platform, which provides cloud data storage and user authentication. The thesis covers the technologies used, the design of the data model, the development process, testing, and possibilities for further improvements.
