Work organization in road transport is as important as everywhere else. For company to have successful results, it always had to search for new and better approaches for efficient work, beside that company has to follow the step with time and be aware, until the company is tehnicaly infront of the others, it has more possibilites for successful and effiecient results. Correct work organization is only ''added value'', which is a key for progress and undisturbed process of work.
Subject of this diploma is to explain the work organization in road transport of cargo, how does a company, in these times, faces with organization and what kind of measures it takes, to remain competitive and successful.
In the first part of diploma it will be explained about organization structure and factors, which affect the work organization, work analyse and analyse of worker. In the second part it will be explained, how the work organization is going in the company, who has been in envolved in this type of work for many years.
