The aim of the diploma thesis is to give a detailed description of the placement and connection of the marking device, the task of which is to mark aluminum semi-finished products in an automated foundry cell. Before starting the realization, it was necessary to plan the placement of the marking device in the layout of the cell and then to design the stand that would hold the device. This was followed by the manufacture of a support on which the pneumatic part and the needle marking part of the device are installed. After the construction and installation of the system was completed, it was necessary to connect the following and create an electrical diagram for it, which will serve as the basis for future processing and servicing, which is key for the continuous operation of the production process. In addition to hardware integration, an important part of the project is also the development program that controls the marking device and thus enables reliable and repeatable implementation of the marking process. After the implementation was completed, it was necessary to carry out testing to ensure stable and correct operation of the system in real conditions.
