As part of my thesis, I performed the continuous synthesis of silver nanoplates. I carried out the reaction in a continuous flow reactor at different retention times. I changed the retention time by increasing the volume of the reactor. I kept the concentrations of the input solutions and the volume flow constant for all experiments. During the experiments, I measured on the HPLC system the change in the absorbance of the wavelengths characteristic of certain forms of silver nanoparticles, as well as changes in the pH, temperature and conductivity of the solution. Based on these measurements, I analyzed the measurement results and based on this determined the conditions for the formation of silver nanoplates at different retention times.
