The thesis deals with the problem of photorealistic visualization of strain and stress obtained by the finite element method in Ansys, in the Blender environment. A static analysis of the I-beam was performed, geometry and nodal data were exported, reconstruction was performed using a Python script, shape-keys animation, and a color map of equivalent stresses. Lighting and rendering settings were optimized, and Digital Image Correlation (DIC) was carried out using the Lucas-Kanade algorithm in OpenCV. The result is a repeatable work process that allows for an accurate and visually rich presentation of numerical results.
