In this master thesis, we discuss the development of an experimental station for emulsification by ultrasonic cavitation under weightless conditions. The main objective was to produce a compact, robust, and modular system suitable for use on parabolic flights. Methodologically, we combined mechanical design, component selection and functional validation through temperature and structural tests. The device includes an ultrasonic homogeniser, a high-speed camera and an illumination and data acquisition system. The results show that the device allows experiments to be carried out efficiently within the time constraints of microgravity. The documentation has been submitted to ESA and Novespace for review.
