This thesis project focuses on the importance of traditional values such as respect, responsibility and emphaty in today's business environment and highlights the impact of digitalisation and technology on modern ways of managing businesses and relationships within the company. Particular emphasis is placed on the impact of technology on the younger generations when it comes to education and how upbringing education differs from modern education. There is also a focus on the difference between generations, in particular Generations X, Y and Z and how these generational differences are reflected in the workplace. The final part of the project focuses on the Alpha Generation, who will shape the future of business.
