Training plays an important role in a time of crisis which was also demonstrated during the Covid-19 pandemic. Despite all challenges during this time, Covid-19 opened the door to new opportunities but only if the companies knew how to use it. Successful companies have gone digital, invested in the development of employees' digital competences, enabled work from home, etc. With the master's thesis we examined the significance of knowledge management in the selected organization during Covid-19. Through analysis of resources key concepts such as knowledge, knowledge management, innovation and learning organization are defined. On the example of selected organization the empirical part explains – among other in what ways and how successfully the organization used the process of knowledge management in battling the crisis, brought on by Covid-19 pandemic. Based on research results we came to the conclusion that the selected organization gave more emphasis to management of its knowledge in Covid-19 pandemic than before this period, thus contributing to the development of the organization, employees, and resistance to change.
