Rotational swaging is one of the most useful processing techniques for transforming axisymmetric products in industry. The master's thesis monitors the wear of two differently manufactured die sets. The production of samples, the experimental system and all methods for monitoring and analyzing wear are presented. As a result, we were able to determine the types of wear that occur, the places where wear occurs and also some possible causes for it. We have therefore determined measures that would extend the lifespan of the dies and that should be taken into account in subsequent production.
