Psihosocialna tveganja in skrb zase pri zaposlenih v varstveno-delovnih centrih : diplomsko delo

V diplomskem delu sem raziskovala psihosocialne dejavnike tveganja, s katerimi se soočajo zaposleni v varstveno-delovnih centrih po Sloveniji, na kakšne načine skrbijo za svoje psihofizično počutje ter kakšno vlogo ima pri tem delovna organizacija. V prvem delu teoretičnega pregleda sem se osredotočila na oblike psihosocialnih tveganj, ki so jim zaposleni najpogosteje izpostavljeni in na posledice, ki jih ta prinašajo na njihovo zdravje. V povezavi s slednjim sem v nadaljevanju opisala načine obvladovanja tveganj na ravni posameznikov in možne načine skrbi zase. V teoretični pregled sem vključila tudi dolžnosti delovnih organizacij, ki so k obvladovanju stresorjev in dejavnikov tveganj zakonsko obvezane. Pri tem sem izpostavila Program promocije zdravja na delovnem mestu. Zadnji del je namenjen predstavitvi varstveno-delovnih centrov, katerih zaposleni predstavljajo populacijo moje raziskave. Opisala sem njihove tri poglavitne storitve, in sicer vodenje, varstvo in zaposlitev pod posebnimi pogoji ter institucionalno varstvo. Raziskava, ki sem jo izvedla, je kvantitativna in empirična. Podatke sem pridobila s pomočjo spletnega vprašalnika, ki sem ga oblikovala na spletni platformi 1ka.si in ga po elektronski pošti poslala v vse samostojne varstveno-delovne centre v Sloveniji. Po koncu zbiranja podatkov sem gradivo obdelala in analizirala s pomočjo računalniškega programa Microsoft Office Excel. Na podlagi analize podatkov sem zapisala rezultate ter oblikovala sklepe in predloge. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da skoraj polovica anketiranih meni, da v svojem delovnem okolju ne namenjajo dovolj pozornosti problematiki stresa na delovnem mestu. Hkrati pa več kot dve tretjini menita, da je njihovo delo stresno ali zelo stresno. Zaradi službenih obveznosti se zaposleni najpogosteje soočajo s čustveno izčrpanostjo. Z raziskavo sem ugotovila, da več kot polovici anketirancev ni v delovnem okolju na voljo nobena oblika psihosocialne pomoči, 83 % anketirancev pa se je tudi sicer poslužuje zelo redko oziroma nikoli. Odgovornosti, ki jih imajo delovne organizacije glede obvladovanja dejavnikov tveganja na delovnih mestih, pozna le manj kot polovica anketiranih.

Naslov:Psychosocial Risks and Self-Care Among Employees in Occupational Activity Centers

The thesis examines the psychosocial risk factors encountered by employees in occupational activity centers across Slovenia, the strategies they employ to maintain their mental and physical well-being, and the role of workplace organizations in supporting these efforts. The first part of the theoretical review focuses on the types of psychosocial risk most commonly experienced by employees and the effects these risks have on their health. This is followed by a description of strategies for managing such risks at an individual level, as well as potential approaches to self-care. The theoretical review also includes a synopsis of the legally mandated obligations of workplace organizations to address stressors and risk factors, with particular emphasis on the Workplace Health Promotion Program. The final section presents occupational activity centers, whose employees constitute the study population for this research, and describes the three main services these centers provide: guidance, care and employment under special conditions, and institutional care. The research conducted is quantitative and empirical. Data was collected using an online questionnaire designed on the 1ka.si platform and distributed via email to all independent occupational activity centers in Slovenia. After data collection, the material was processed and analyzed using Microsoft Office Excel. Based on the data analysis, the results were recorded, and conclusions and recommendations were formulated. The results of the research demonstrated that nearly half of the respondents believe that insufficient attention is given to the issue of workplace stress in their work environment, while more than two-thirds of respondents consider their work to be either stressful or very stressful. Employees most often confront emotional exhaustion due to work-related responsibilities. The research found that more than half of the respondents lack access to any form of psychosocial support in their workplace, with 83% of respondents either rarely or never seeking such assistance. Additionally, fewer than half of the respondents were aware of the obligations that work organizations have in managing workplace risk factors.
