Lack of discipline and motivation is a common challenge for individuals seeking to establish or maintain a regular exercise routine, especially in today's fast-paced world. These factors often make it difficult to achieve long-term fitness goals as well as other life goals. This motivated us to develop a product that would help individuals achieve their individual fitness goals. In this thesis, we focused on developing a web application designed to address these challenges by enabling the creation of personalized workout programs, precise progress tracking, and providing additional features to enhance motivation and organization during training. The application offers regular users (members) structured and customized monitoring of their progress, along with direct and effective communication with trainers, which encourages better collaboration. Feedback from test users showed that the application is intuitive and easy to use. The contribution of the thesis lies in improving user experience, simplifying the organization of fitness activities, and promoting a healthy lifestyle through the use of modern digital tools.
