The aim of the thesis is to determine the effects of the use of natural foliar fertilizer
(Amalgerol Essence) on the development of the individual phenophases of the vine, on
the growth as well as on the quantity and quality of the grapes of the varieties 'Yellow
Muscat' and 'Blaufränkisch'. The trial took place in a local vineyard in the Bizeljsko-Sremič wine region, more precisely in Orešje na Bizeljsko, in 2021. During the trial, it
was found that the fertilizer Amalgerol Essence reduces the content of titratable and
total acids in the grape juice of the varieties 'Yellow Muscat' and 'Blaufränkisch'. In the
'Yellow Muscat' variety, treatment with Amalgerol fertilizer resulted in a higher mass
of berries and a higher content of total soluble solids in the grape juice. In contrast, the
'Blaufränkisch' variety showed that the berries of the treated vines had a lower soluble
solids content.
