The aim of this master's thesis is to investigate how these factors impact employee retention at the company X and to examine the reasons why some employees have chosen to leave. The focus will be on comparing employees who have remained with those who have left, to identify what improvements, the company can make to enhance the retention of key staff. The analysis will concentrate on the influence of satisfaction, management support, interpersonal relationships, and opportunities for promotion, enabling the company to refine its human resources strategies for long-term employee retention.
