This master thesis focuses on gender differences in the workplace from a design perspective. It addresses three main themes: the pay gap, unpaid work, and sexual harassment and violence. Through research, visual design, including logo design, pictograms and illustrations, and the creation of a website, the work sheds light on these issues and uses visual tools to raise awareness and promote gender equality. The website acts as a platform for sharing experiences and advice, offering visual and informative content that addresses key challenges of workplace equality.
