Abstract
Magistrsko delo se osredotoča na problematiko razlik med spoloma na delovnem mestu skozi oblikovalsko perspektivo. Obravnava tri glavne teme: plačno razliko, neplačano delo in spolno nadlegovanje oz. nasilje. Skozi raziskavo, oblikovanje vizualne podobe, ki zajema oblikovanje znaka, piktogramov in ilustracij, in izdelavo spletne strani delo osvetljuje te problematike in uporablja vizualna orodja za ozaveščanje in spodbujanje enakost spolov. Spletna stran je platforma za izmenjavo izkušenj in nasvetov, hkrati pa ponuja vizualne in informativne vsebine, ki se ukvarjajo s ključnimi izzivi enakosti na delovnem mestu.

Title:WHY ARE YOU SO SENSITIVE? Problems of gender differences in the workplace through a design perspective
Abstract:
This master thesis focuses on gender differences in the workplace from a design perspective. It addresses three main themes: the pay gap, unpaid work, and sexual harassment and violence. Through research, visual design, including logo design, pictograms and illustrations, and the creation of a website, the work sheds light on these issues and uses visual tools to raise awareness and promote gender equality. The website acts as a platform for sharing experiences and advice, offering visual and informative content that addresses key challenges of workplace equality.
