Izvleček
Vodna hidravlika je danes v svetu precej nerazvita. Zato je pomembno, da se na tem področju razvijajo nove komponente. Na ta način bo lahko to področje v prihodnosti bolj zaživelo. V tem diplomskem delu smo najprej dodelali in dokončali vodno preizkuševališče ter elektromagnete, namenjene za vodno hidravliko. Opravili smo tribološke teste na materialih, iz katerih so bili izdelani bati in ohišje ventila. Pomerili smo koeficiente trenja in koeficiente obrabe. Izdelali smo celotno konstrukcijo in hidravlično shemo za trajnostni test ventilov. Na treh ventilih smo tudi izvedli trajnostni test. Ugotovili smo, da je za doseganje ustrezne potisne sile jeder elektromagneta zelo pomembno, da je površina jeder gladka. Preko triboloških testov v vodi smo ugotovili, da je bil najnižji koeficient trenja, ko je po ploščici iz 3D-natisnjenega jekla drsel bronast trn. Najmanjši koeficient obrabe pa je imel trn iz nitriranega jekla. Izvedeli smo tudi, da eloksacija zelo pripomore k obrabni odpornosti aluminija. Iz trajnostnega testa ventilov smo ugotovili, da je najbolj vzdržljiva kombinacija materialov, ko je krmilni bat izdelan iz brona.

Hydraulic systems are currently quite underdeveloped worldwide. Therefore, it is important to innovate in this field so that it can thrive more in the future. In this thesis, the water hydraulic test bench and appropriate electromagnets were refined and upgraded. Tribological tests on the materials used for the pistons and valve housings were performed. The friction coefficients and the specific wear rates were measured. The entire design and hydraulic scheme for the durability test of the valve were done. The durability test on three valves were also done. From the experimental results it could be concluded that the core surfaces of the solenoids must be smooth in order to achieve the correct pushing force. Based on tribological tests in water, it was found that the lowest coefficient of friction occurred when a bronze pin slid over a 3D-printed steel plate. The lowest specific wear volume was observed with a pin made of nitrided steel. It was also found that anodizing significantly improved the wear resistance of aluminum. From the durability tests of the valves, it can be concluded that the most durable material combination is the one where the spool is made of bronze.
