The theme of the thesis is sport climbing. I will define this field and based on the rope technique, knots and equipment used, I will create a sport climbing teaching poster for adults.
When preparing the project, I will compare printed materials related to the discussed topic. I will consider posters as well as books and guides. The final project will be a folded poster with informational illustration.
I will research popular science illustration and, through it, the most appropriate technique between photography and drawing, as well as a combination of the two. I will make two variants of my own illustrations, one through the medium of black and white photography and the other with lines and colors. I will be interested to what extent we can visually present the information with the help of illustration.
