Mestni gozdovi Ptuja : diplomsko delo - univerzitetni študij

V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali mestne gozdove Ptuja. V prostoru smo predlagali 454,42 ha površin, ki smo jih razdelili na osem različnih kompleksov. Nato smo opisali njihovo stanje, probleme ter vloge, ki jih opravljajo. Temeljni problemi so: neurejen pravni status, neugodna lastniška struktura (85,5 % je zasebnih gozdov), neustrezno in premalo intenzivno gospodarjenje, neizkoriščen potencial gozdov in neozaveščena javnost. V prihodnosti bi morali te gozdove zaščititi pred izkrčenjem, urediti njihov pravni status, načrtovati gospodarjenje v sodelovanju z javnostmi, urediti infrastrukturo in povečati delež označenih poti. V občini trenutno ni pravega interesa za reševanje problemov s tako imenovanimi mestnimi gozdovi.

Izvleček

This thesis presents urban forests in Ptuj. We defined them then we suggested eight forest complexes which we supposed are part of the urban forest of Ptuj.We proposed 454,42 ha of land for the urban forests. We described their conditions, problems and functions. The main problems are: unsettled legal position, unfavorable proprietary structure, unsuitable forest management, unexploited forest potential and uninformed public. In the future we should protect these forests from disafforestation, regulate their legal position, plan management with cooperation of public, regulate infrastructure and provide more marked footpaths. In the municipality there is no interest to retrieve the situation with the urban forests at the moment.
