Izvleček
Problem, ki ga obravnava diplomsko delo, je uporabnost spletišč. S pomočjo spletišč predstavimo svojo organizacijo širši publiki in tako lažje dosežemo potencialne stranke. Potrebno se je zavedati, da moramo spletiščem namenjati veliko več pozornosti, saj jih je potrebno vedno znova izboljševati, posodabljati ter prilagajati potrebam strank, kot tudi sami organizaciji. Potrebe in navade potrošnikov se spreminjajo. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti prednosti in slabosti spletišča Delavske hranilnice ter ga primerjati še s spletišči treh drugih bank. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo in metodo sinteze z namenom ugotovitve, kaj so značilnosti dobrega spletišča. Za opis karakteristik spletišč posameznih bank smo uporabili metodo deskripcije ter komparativno metodo za primerjanje spletišč različnih bank. Analiza in primerjava pa sta bili osnova za ugotovitev prednosti in slabosti izbranih bank, pri čemer smo uporabili metodo sinteze. Za vrednotenje in primerjavo spletišč smo uporabili DEX metodo. Na podlagi pregleda relevantne literature smo izluščili sedem značilnosti dobrih spletišč, ki smo jih uporabili pri njihovi analizi: oblikovanje, tehnologija, navigacija, interaktivnost, trženjski vidik in uporabnost. S samo analizo svojih spletišč banke vidijo, katere značilnosti spletišča lahko še izboljšajo. To jim omogoča tudi v diplomskem delu razvit model vrednotenja bančnih spletišč. Kakovostno izdelana spletišča lahko organizaciji prihranijo denar, saj če primerjamo stroške oglasa na radiju, televiziji ali oglasnih panojih, ugotovimo, da je izdelava spletišča veliko bolj ekonomična rešitev glede oglaševanja. Prav tako se dvigne kredibilnost organizacije, saj je digitalizacija ključnega pomena v današnjem svetu. Dandanes večina ljudi organizacije najprej preveri preko spleta, zato lahko z dobro oblikovanim spletiščem obiskovalce prepričamo k nadaljnjemu obisku ali nakupu ter tako pridobimo njihovo zaupanje.

The problem addressed by the thesis is the usability of websites. With the help of the website, we present our company and our story to the general public, while thus easily reaching potential customers. It is necessary to realize that we must pay much more attention to the website, because it is necessary to always improve, update and adapt it to the needs of the customers, as well as the organization itself. Consumer needs and habits are changing. Therefore, it is necessary that the website is made useful, so that the user of the website can find information quickly and reliably. The aim of the thesis is to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Delavska hranilnica website and to compare it with websites of three other banks. We analyzed the website based on content, design, technology, navigation, interactivity, marketing aspect and usability. We used the descriptive method and the synthesis method in order to find out what are the characteristics of a good website. To describe the characteristics of the websites of individual banks, we used the method of description and the comparative method to compare the websites of different banks. Analysis and comparison were the basis for determining the strengths and weaknesses of the selected banks, using the synthesis method. We used the DEX method to evaluate and compare websites. The findings of the thesis represent the value that the use of the Internet has for us, as well as for other banks, as every organization wants to have the best possible website and thus attract new clients. By just analyzing the company, I can see where certain things still need to be improved. High-quality websites can save an organization money, because if we compare the cost of an ad on other media, we find that creating websites is a much more economical solution in terms of advertising. It also increases the credibility of the organization, as digitization is crucial in today's world. Nowadays, most people first check organizations online, so with a well-designed website, we can convince visitors to continue visiting or make a purchase and thus gain their trust. In addition, a suitable website increases the reach of customers, which brings even more profit to the company.
