The master's thesis addresses the use of the registry of Actual Land Use of inhabitated for spatial planning. The study primarily reviewed domestic literature as well as current and past legislation in the field of spatial planning, real estate, and construction. In the pilot settlement of Kranj, we analyzed data regarding associated lands using geoinformation tools. We developed three analytical methods to demonstrate the usefulness of associated lands. We conducted an analysis to identify potential unauthorized spatial interventions, an analysis of their utility in determining urbanistic factors, and an analysis of identifying potential unauthorized land use owned jointly by municipalities. Based on the results, we formulated suggestions for potential applications of associated land data in spatial planning.
