In the Graduation thesis, we focused on the cadastral and legislative aspects of the expropriation procedure for public good, using the example of Adamičeva Street in Grosuplje. The expropriation procedure related to public good, especially public roads, is the purchase of the land by the municipality. Additionally, we examined cadastral surveys that encompassed Adamičeva Street and various cadastral procedures. Through analyses of surface areas of the street derived from survey data, we illustrated the changes in Adamičeva Street based on different cadastral procedures and variations in its configurations across different periods.
