In this thesis, we discuss about the automation and optimization of business
processes in a camp, with aim of simplifying camp mangement and providing
a better UX for guests. Focus is on entire guest journey, from ther first
visit on the website, where they book an accomodation, to their departure.
Solution to the mentioned problem is realized in a form of web application,
which is based on Laravel and Vue technologies. The result has shown that
the implementation of the solution was successful because it achieved the
set goals. It saves time and improves the organization of data for camp
managers, it is also improving the UX for guests. For addition, it is adaptable
for integration with other systems and has space for further development.
