Izvleček
Na območju Dravskega polja smo preučevali sestavo in pestrost združbe makrofitov in makroinvertebratov v stoječih vodah. Zanimalo nas je, kateri okoljski dejavniki imajo največji vpliv na biodiverziteto in kateri najbolje določajo sestavo združb v preučevanih vodnih telesih. Izbrali smo 19 raznolikih stoječih vodnih teles. Terenski del naloge smo opravili avgusta in septembra 2021. Popisali smo vse vrste makrofitov in ocenili njihovo pokrovnost. Opravili smo meritve fizikalnih, kemijskih in hidromorfoloških dejavnikov ter opravili ocene okoljskih dejavnikov. Na vsakem vzorčnem mestu smo odvzeli vzorec vode in z ročno mrežo vzorčili makroinvertebrate. V laboratoriju pa smo kasneje izmerili vsebnost nitratov in ortofosfatov ter določili makroinvertebrate. Makroinvertebrate smo določevali do nivoja družine. Zabeležili smo 67 taksonov makrofitov ter 73 družin makroinvertebratov iz 18 višjih taksonov. Vpliv okoljskih dejavnikov na združbo makrofitov in združbo makroinvertebratov smo preverjali z direktnimi gradientnimi analizami. Ugotovili smo, da pestrost makrofitov vpliva na število družin in število višjih taksonov makroinvertebratov. Na sestavo združbe makrofitov so najbolj vplivali prisotnost rib, elektroprevodnost, koncentracija O2 in delež krošenj nad vodo. Združbo makroinvertebratov pa najbolje določajo velikost delcev substrata, Secchijeva globina in delež grobega organskega substrata (CPOM).

Naslov:Diversity of macrophytes and macroinvertebrates in different types of standing waters on the Drava field

The composition and diversity of the macrophyte and macroinvertebrate community were studied in standing water environments of the Drava field. The main purpose of the research was evaluation of the impact of environmental factors on the biodiversity and which of these factors best determine the composition of studied communities. 19 diverse standing water bodies were selected. The field work was fulfilled in August and September 2021. The species diversity and coverage of macrophytes were studied. Measurements of selected physical, chemical and hydromorphological factors were completed together with evaluation of environmental factors. At each sample site, a water sample was collected and macroinvertebrates were sampled by using a hand net. Water samples were then analysed in a laboratory, where the values of nitrate and orthophosphate were measured and macroinvertebrates were identified. Macroinvertebrate samples were determined to the family level. 67 taxa of macrophytes and 73 families of macroinvertebrates from 18 higher taxa were recorded. The influence of environmental factors on the macrophyte and macroinvertebrate communities were tested by direct gradient analyses. It was discovered that macrophyte diversity influences the number of families and the number of higher macroinvertebrate taxa. The composition of the macrophyte community was influenced by the presence of fish, conductivity, oxygen concentration and the proportion of canopies. However, the macroinvertebrate community was best determined by substrate particle size, Secchi depth and the proportion of CPOM.
