Process automation is increasingly important in manufacturing companies. There are fewer and fewer classic manual workstations, which appear in combination with collaborative robots. When building new production facilities, as many operations as possible are automated. In the selected company, we built a new assembly line for the client part of which is a device for running in a motor. In the master's thesis, we will demonstrate the development of an automated device for running in the motors from idea to solution using the construction process according to VDI 2221. We will further develop the best solution to the final product. We will also learn about other areas that will be used in the production of the device. The result is the assembly of the device and its delivery to the client.
